You

You can keep blogging, pretending you had no role in this.  But you empowered the bully.  You are at fault.

Ha

I’m sure Jennifer is delighted with you right now.

New York Confessional

Unless you count the airports, I’ve never been to New York City.  I’ve spent a few nights in places like Buffalo and Niagara Falls and one week at a camp upstate, but I’ve never set foot in or near the city.  I don’t even really understand burroughs.  Is Brooklyn part of NYC?

Anyway, suddenly things are [...]

There’s even a clue on Facebook.  You could probably read it, but I don’t think you can keep [...]

Some Lyrics

They’re heading for
A shallow grave
With a big black cross
By a tall white house
To a place down South
We won’t forget
To be stabbed
in the back
By a man they met . . .

Three Final Chapters

I think I’m nearing the end of my book.  I’ve written what I can, save for three chapters, only one of which I’ve actually started.  So maybe by the end of this year I’ll have something to send.

The final three, as I’ve outlined them are past, present, future pieces.  The future’s a little tricky in [...]

Dear Diary,

Years from now, when I’m reading you on the couch, will you remember the long day I had today?  Will you speak of the early morning, the two classes, the desk shift, the bike ride/bus trip to work, and the ride all of the way home, down Barbur, through downtown, and across the steel bridge?  [...]
