Wikipedia has just about zero credibility with anyone who matters, including your librarian, including your professors, including your grade-school teachers. I publicly condemn it as a research option in the classes I teach. Yet somehow I got swept up in revising pages recently and actually caring a little about what’s there. Then it hit me: the person I was war-editing (I think that’s what they call it) with has an agenda. I don’t know what that is because I don’t know who s/he is. It’s an incredibly silly idea for a site. I’m sorry I wasted any time on it.
